After 30 years with Carroll County, Bryan Van Fossen has officially retired from his position. Pictures are from today's celebration party. Bryan and his role transferred to the Department of Fire and EMS. Chief Robinson presented a plaque to Bryan noting he is now the first retiree from CCDFEMS.

Bryan is 1st Vice-President at Westminster Fire Department and will remain active in the Carroll County Fire Service.
