| In 2026, the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company (MAVFC) commemorates 100 years of service to the Mount Airy community and surrounding jurisdictions. To celebrate this monumental achievement, they are hosting a fire apparatus muster along with many other activities. The public is also invited to drop in and enjoy the festivities.
The event will feature their apparatus, current and antique fire apparatus from around the region as well as activities for the kids. There will be food, beverages and merchandise available for purchase.
This event will be November 7th (rain or shine) at the MAVFC Carnival Grounds located at 1008 Twin Arch Road, Mt. Airy, MD.
